PLEASE NOTE that for hygiene purposes, earrings cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we'll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Orders are processed within 1-4 business days.

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information.

Delivery times vary depending on your location. So anywhere between 6-12 business days is reasonable delivery time.

All our pieces are waterproof and tarnish-resistant. To maintain their beauty, we recommend removing jewellery before swimming in chlorinated water and storing pieces separately to prevent scratching.
